Peaches and Wine – Pesche e vino

My husband’s favorite.

Ingredients:

1 medium peach
1 Tbsp. sugar
dry white wine

Instructions:

1. Cut the peach in a bowl.
2. Add the sugar and about a 1/2 glass of white wine.
3. Chill in the refrigerator for about one hour before serving.

Notes:

If you want to make it for guests just multiply the recipe by the number of servings you need and make it in a large bowl. My husband eats this after every meal when the peaches are in season.
