Patty,

I really enjoy all of your recipes because they come out so good! For quite a while, I was unable to make the zabaione correctly. For some reason I couldn’t get it to come out thick like cream or pudding. It came out very watery. I reduced the amount of wine from 8 tbsp to 4 tbsp and now it comes out perfect! Should there be eight or four? What do you say?

@Hayden: Zabaione needs wine, if you think that Marsala wine is too strong for you try it with Moscato which is more delicate.
