my Italian holiday menu section
If you want to try a traditional holiday menu you'll find it here. These are just suggestion based on meals that I make on these holidays. There are many different traditions throughout Italy these are just simply those from my home. Just choose your holiday:
- Italian Easter Menu, the typical Easter menu at my house is very light and filled with seasonal vegetables. I'm sure you'll enjoy it.
- Italian Christmas Menu, the base for my traditional Christmas meal is a lasagna recipe. My lasagne though is a white sauce lasagne so you'll be in for a pleasant surprise with this meal.
- Italian New Years Eve Menu, this meal is fairly typical for me, the important thing is to wind up with lentils at midnight to bring in good luck for the new year.
- Italian New Years Day Menu, after all the holidays it's time to start of right. This meal plan isn't overly heavy, but it is delicious just the same.
