my Italian spring menu

This is a good and easy menu that takes advantage of the asparagus and strawberries in of the spring.

Appetizer
Fried zucchini flowers

First dish
Spaghetti with cherry tomatoes and basil

Second dish
Asparagus with eggs

Dessert
Strawberries and wine



Preparation tips:
There isn't really anything to prepare in advance other than the dessert if you like.

Wine Ideas:
I'd suggest a good white like Bianco di Custoza or Soave for the everything but the dessert.

Serving notes:
Serving is also straight forward. Just remember to take your time and enjoy the meal one dish at a time.
