Preparation tips:
The Tiramisu needs to be prepared a day in advance. You can prepare the peas while you are making the risotto and then just warm them before serving with the scallopine. The risotto needs to be prepared at the moment.
Wine Ideas:
Use the same wine you serve with the risotto with the scaloppine too. The serve a Moscato d'Asti with the Tiramisu.
Serving notes:
This is a straight forward menu from the serving standpoint. Serve the risotto then a about 5 minutes after everyone has finished put on the scaloppine and peas. Of course, the Tiramisu is last.
