Preparation tips:
The celery stalks can be prepared and refrigerated in advance as well as the chocolate balls. The pasta you'll need to prepare at the moment. You can stuff the loin chops and refrigerate them in advance so you'll only need to cook them at meal time.
Wine Ideas:
Soave with the appetizer, Barbera vivace with the pasta and a good Valpolicella with the pork loin.
Serving notes:
The appetizer can be served at the table or in the sitting room if your guests don't arrive together. After the pasta serve the zucchini with the pork loin.
