Preparation tips:
If you are going to have guests prepare the gnocchi ahead and freeze them. You can do the same with the sauces too. The desserts can be made the day before.
Wine Ideas:
If you want to keep it simple with so many flavors I suggest a light red like Valpolicella or Bardolino, both of which are local wines which is right for the occasion.
Serving notes:
Just a few gnocchi per serving with one type at a time and leave a few minutes between each round so that everyone can enjoy the flavors.
