Bruschetta all'aglio

Garlic Bruschetta
Bruschetta is so famous that doesn't need any introduction.
4 slices of Toscano bread (1/2 inch thick and about 10 inches long)
garlic cloves
extra virgin olive oil
1. Toast the slices of bread on a grill or in the oven.
2. When they're ready rub each slice with a clove of garlic and then brush them with olive oil. (about 2 tsp. per slice).
3. Serve them hot.
Toscano bread is a relatively hard salt free bread if you don't find it try Pugliese bread or whatever is available in your store that has similar characteristics.
*For anyone who doesn't want to use beer substitute it with water.
