Gamberi in salsa rosa

Shrimp Cocktail

I don't know how "Italian" this recipe is, but it is something Italians make often so I wanted to include it in the site.

Ingredients:

24 large shrimp precooked
1 cup mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. ketchup
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. Brandy


Instructions:

1. In a bowl mix the mayonnaise, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce and Brandy.
2. Serve with the shrimp.

Notes:

Takes just a couple of minutes and it is so good whenever you have some good jumbo shrimp on hand this is a great recipe. I don't know if they are available in your area but I usually use "Black Tiger" shrimp.
