Braciole al rosmarino

Rosemary Pork Chops

This is a really tasty way to prepare pork loin.

Ingredients:

4 pork chops
2 sprigs rosemary
2 cloves garlic
2-3 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Salt to taste

Instructions:

1. Heat a large skillet with the olive oil, garlic and rosemary.
2. Mix the rosemary and garlic around a bit in the oil to spread the flavors.
3. When the skillet is hot add the pork chops.
4. Cook well on both sides as you normally cook pork chops.
5. Salt them when they are almost cooked.
6. When well cooked serve them hot. Remember to always cook pork thoroughly.
