Insalata di tonno e fagioli

Bean and Tuna Salad

Quick, easy and full of flavor.

Ingredients:

2 six oz. cans of tuna fish packed in olive oil
4 cups large white beans
1 cup chopped green onions
extra virgin olive oil
salt to taste


Instructions:

1. Drain the excess oil from the tuna and then put the tuna fish in a bowl with the beans and green onions.
2. Add olive oil and salt to taste. You'll need at least 3 Tbsp of olive oil.
3. Mix and serve.

Notes:

This is a super quick, easy and flavorful salad. It is best with good chunky tuna that has been canned in olive oil. The beans are sometimes referred to Spanish White beans.
